Only users with Institution Administrator role. Students and institution coaches do not use the panel: they use My Account. If you are an admin, you will see "Manage institution" in the session menu.
How do I invite students and assign Mentess or coaching quotas?
In the panel go to Invite. Use simple invitation (emails + default quotas) or bulk CSV upload. Assign per person: Mentess™, Coaching, and Jobs. You can also adjust later in Students > detail > Service quotas, or with Apply quotas on multiple selection.
What happens if our institution runs out of registered users?
Registered user slots apply only to students; institution coaches do not consume them. A user slot is reserved when the invitation is sent. If you hit the limit, archive a student in Students or contact Working Unidos to expand your contract.
How do students accept an invitation?
They receive an email with a link valid for 14 days. They must log in with the same invited email and click Accept invitation. They then continue in My Account (not the institution panel), usually from their institution-branded portal.
Where do I track Mentess, reports, and sessions for my institution?
In the institution panel: Mentess (completed assessments), Reports (coaching roadmaps), and Sessions (1:1 appointments). Statistics shows the adoption funnel (invited → active → Mentess → reports delivered). Several tabs allow CSV export.
Can I change my contract or users from the panel?
The Contract tab is read-only (plan, users, dates, and payments). To renew, add users, or change modules, use Support in the panel or contact Working Unidos. If the contract expired, new operations are blocked until renewal.
How do I request an institutional demo of Working Unidos?
Use Request institutional demo. Provide your name, work email, institution, role, approximate student size, and interest (Mentess™, coaching, or both). Our team will contact you. This is separate from Contact Us (support) and from adding your organization to the free directory.
