Connecting Latino talent with real opportunities
Working Unidos LLC is the bilingual hub (Spanish and English) for Latinos and immigrants in the United States who need a concrete next step: a job, a career that fits, a coaching session, or a reviewed education, immigration, or entrepreneurship resource.
If you are job hunting in your language, search the board and apply for free. If you are unsure what to study or do next, the Mentess™ test builds a RIASEC profile and suggests careers with U.S. wage references. If you want a human in the loop, book a live 1:1 session and leave with a written roadmap (AI plus a human advisor).
Education, immigration, entrepreneurship, and employment directories are free and reviewed by our team. The immigration directory is not legal advice: it is a list of organizations and referrals so you can choose.
It is also for employers who want to post openings and receive Latino candidates, and for universities and other institutions that need a career and coaching portal in their own brand.
Working Unidos is a member of the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC).

Questions
- Does Working Unidos help if I am an immigrant and do not know where to start?
- Yes. You can browse jobs and directories for free in Spanish or English, take Mentess™ to see careers that fit, or book 1:1 coaching and leave with a written plan. It does not replace an immigration attorney.
- Where do I find reviewed education, immigration, or entrepreneurship resources?
- In the Working Unidos directories. They are free, in Spanish and English, and our team reviews each listing. The immigration directory is a list of organizations and referrals: it is not legal advice.
- What is free and what is paid?
- Free: searching and applying to jobs, and using the directories. Paid separately: the Mentess™ test and 1:1 coaching sessions. Employers can post up to 2 listings without a plan.
- Can I use it in Spanish?
- Yes. The site, job board, Mentess, coaching, and directories are available in Spanish and English.
