Mentess™ career assessment
Mentess™ is Working Unidos’ vocational guidance test. In about 165 questions it builds a RIASEC interest profile and suggests careers that fit you, with U.S. wage references. You can take it in Spanish or English, pause, and open the report later in your dashboard.
It is built for Latinos and immigrants who are unsure what to study, what to apply for, or how to map their experience to U.S. occupations. It does not include a live session: 1:1 coaching is paid separately.
Mentess is vocational guidance. It is not a clinical diagnosis, not a hiring test, and not a medical or psychological evaluation. Employers should not use it as the sole basis for employment decisions.
- Open it from your dashboard when you are ready; you do not have to take it at checkout.
- 165 questions; about 30 to 60 minutes; progress saves on its own.

- The report stays in your account; you can download a PDF.
