How do I join the video call?

From your dashboard or My Account > Session, enter the waiting room when the window opens (15 minutes before start). Check camera and microphone, then click join. Available until 30 minutes after start.

Why can't I enter my live session?

Common causes: too early (before 15 min), too late (more than 30 min after start), blocked camera/microphone permissions, or unstable connection. Use updated Chrome or Edge and reload.

Do I need to install an app?

No. The video call runs in the browser. Use updated Chrome or Edge, with camera and microphone allowed. There is no downloadable recording.
