- What is the Mentess™ assessment?
- A career exploration evaluation with 165 questions about motivations, competencies, styles, and personality. You receive a RIASEC profile and industry and career recommendations.
- Is Mentess a mental health exam?
- No. It is vocational guidance, not a clinical diagnosis. If you need emotional or medical support, consult a health professional.
- How long does it take, and can I pause it?
- 165 questions; it may take 30–60 minutes. Progress saves automatically and you can continue from your dashboard or My Account > Mentess Results.
- Where do I see my results?
- In My Account > Mentess Results or from the Mentess card on your dashboard. View your profile, recommendations, and download a PDF.
- Can I retake the assessment?
- It depends on evaluations from your purchase or institution. If you have more than one, choose the slot when starting. See Plans for options.
- Does Mentess™ include personalized coaching?
- No. Mentess™ alone does not include a coach session. On Plans you can buy the test and 1:1 coaching separately.
- Do I need an account to take Mentess™?
- Yes. Buy the test on Plans and sign in or create an account to pay. Then start from your dashboard.
- Can I take the test in Spanish?
- Yes. You can take it in Spanish or English, according to the language selected on the site.
